How do you source your tea?
We source all our tea directly from small, independent tea gardens around the world. By skipping the middleman and auctions, we ensure the farmers receive a fair price and you receive the freshest possible harvest.
What is the best way to store loose leaf tea?
To maintain freshness and flavor, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, heat, and strong odors. Our airtight tins are specifically designed to protect the delicate essential oils in the leaves.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our rare teas globally. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
Are your tea bags plastic-free?
Absolutely. While we specialize in loose leaf, our pyramid tea bags are made from 100% biodegradable cornstarch and contain no plastic or chemical sealants.
Can I return tea if I don't like the taste?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if there is a quality issue or an error with your order, please contact our support team within 14 days for a resolution.
How many times can I steep the same leaves?
High-quality whole leaf tea can often be infused multiple times. Many of our oolongs and white teas develop different flavor profiles over three or four infusions.
