At Rare Tea Company, we take pride in the quality of our harvests; if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened tea and accessories. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on tea canisters that have been opened or tampered with.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened tea or hardware in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our tea specialists receive and inspect the items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
